COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that’s yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly fruity thirst quencher.

Bottle at Magic City Brewfest. Pours light golden and cloudy with a medium white head and some lacing. Aroma is of wheat, spice, a little citrus. Flavor is that plus some light yeasty funk, coriander; mildly sweet and refreshing. Crisp and tasty.

12 oz. bottle pours a hazy light yellow color with small white head and not much lacing. Aroma is of wheat, yeast, coriander, and lemon. Taste is slightly bitter at the finish. The body is light but not watery with light carbonation. Very easy to drink and refreshing on a hot day, but doesn’t give too much to ponder.

Solid citrus nose. More citrus taste. Some spices and yeast. Really refreshing beer. Just needs some more complexity.

Belgian style white ale. Looks really light. Taste is good. Taste like a light Belgian ale. Would most likely buy it again.
