I love rosemary-wanted to give the nose and taste 9ís for that but didnít b/c it was pretty one dimensional even though that one dimension is awesome. Smells just like rosemary with a little resiny and floral hops. Clear gold. Medium sweet malt, lots of rosemary, and then a piney hop finish. Novelty, but delicious.

Tap @ the Avery Anniversary fest. Pours a hazy golden orange with a frothy white head. Nose punches you in the face with rosemary and herbal hops. Light bitterness in the finish. Very interesting brew.

On tap at Avery Anniversary Party 8/7/11. Color is a hazy pale gold with carbonation is mellow giving a thin tight head. It has a lighter medium body with a light crisp mouth feel. Flavor comes in heavy with pine, like a fresh cut tree then grapefruit zest and pepper with a light soap taste coming in. After taste is almost dry with a harsh rosemary thing coming lingering. Overall its just not good, the rosemary overpowers in the end leaving you with some thing that would be better to marinate a lamb chop.

On tap at Averys Anniversary Party poured a hazy golden amber with a lasting amber head. Aroma of rosemary, biscuit, light grapefruit and light pine. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of rosemary, biscuit, grapefruit and light pine with a crisp dry lingering rosemary finish.

Tap. Pours hazy gold with a large, creamy white head, medium-long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is rosemary, cereal and meal malt, faint woody hops. Flavor is spicy rosemary and pepper, moderate malt, lightly bitter. Medium body and carbonation, low warmth. The addition of rosemary makes this a love or hate kind of beer, and I thought it was really nice.
