at Brewery for debut, pint at Aviator Tap house and growler during the following week. Good aroma, sweet, little peach/apricot, little citrus orange, little yeasty spice. Hazed orange brown color, good head, spotty lace. Bitter sweet flavor. Medium body, oily syrupy mouthfeel, bitter dry finish. Good brew. This one had a classic ipa aroma at the debut, but with time the yeasty notes started coming out, I’m thinking champagne yeast, reminds me a little of the Berkshire Brewing Holidale, yeast wise. Hope it stays on so I can try again.
