COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A great German style brown ale that is aged cold..usually (in the past) in a cave...in our case a hangar. The extended aging process gives the beer a very smooth taste and evens out any fruitiness from the yeast. So grab some of this great dark ale and drag it back to the cave. A great mix of pilsner malt, chocolate malt, and German hops

old note, 5/28/10, at Aviator taphouse. Good aroma, sweet, malty, apple, cocoa. Clean brownish orange color, good head that faded quickly, minor lace. Bitter sweet flavor. Medium body, smooth creamy mouthfeel, bitter finish. Tasty, wouldn’t of guessed 7%. Flavor had a nice chocolate streak about it as I swished it around in my mouth, left some fruity notes on the finish. Looking forward to a new batch....
