On tap at "The Pit" in Raleigh NC - wow - this beer really suprised me... it poured a hazy golden color with a foamy white head. Aroma of citrus, grasses, malt and hops. Had a nice taste of malt and what seemed to be peach to me - not so much so that it was like a peach fruit beer - but gave it a nice taste. I really enjoyed this beer with my BBQ. I would definitely try this beer again.

Pours a clear sparkling golden with a slight white head. Aroma of pears, peaches, pineapple, apple. Fruity throughout and lightly sweet. Nice thick mouthfeel. Alcohol burn throughout. Just enough bitterness to keep it in check. Very well done.

Poured from a tap. Clear golden color, medium white frothy head. Mild clove smell. Nice mixture of clove, spice and alcohol flavor, medium body with a nice finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From the can poured a pale yellow brew with a thin white head. Aromas of malt, bubble gum, and hops. Medium bodied with flavors of bubble gum, malt and a strong hop flavor that lingers.

Love this beer of theirs! Has all the flavors of the traditional triple, enjoyable and a dangerous brew.

Can: Sparkling gold with a nice white head. Scent is yeast, lemon... Taste is wonderfully soft, yeast, fruit... sweet and sugary... Very nice!

Like a tripel with light bretta and it works very well. Potentially the best Iíve had at the festival. Lightly sour and awesome, comes together well. Finishes with some tang but manages to keep the coriander and clove in good proportion. I hope they meant to make it like this, haha. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Finishes tangy and lightly sour. On tap at DC Beer Festival.

I received this in a trade. This is reviewed from notes. This was poured into a chalice. The appearance was a nice hazy golden yellow/orange color with a nice one finger white foamy head that died at a moderate pace and ends up leaving rarely any lacing. The smell had a large amount of coriander spices and leading into a decent amount of Belgian spices that end up allocating itself into a nice Belgian sweetness from some candied fruits. The taste was nice and sweet and spicy with the previously mentioned flavors entering in and leading to a spicy sweet aftertaste and a quick dry spicy sweet finish. On the palate, it sat at/about a medium and gave a decent sessionable quality about it. The carbonation seemed just right for the style and for me. Overall, darn glad I found these notes as this was memorable enough to say something on. Good Tripel worthy of having again.
