3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can. Cloudy straw yellow with a medium, thick, persistent white head. Nose of sourdough and a touch of lemons. Starts off as a nice, smooth wheat beer with only a faint Belgian yeast appearance. Then...POW, this thing finishes with a whollop. Black pepper, ginger, lemon peel, and alcohol. Weird, but I like it pretty well.

Drank from a 12 oz can with an awesome pic of a devil on it. Sweet taste almost a little bit floral or pear like. Good beer.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured a golden straw color from the can with aromas of banana, yeast, light spice and some grain. Flavors follow suit a ice triple overall, like that it was in cans.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a positively glowing cloudy straw gold with very little head. What's there settles to a fine-bubbled coating and rim. Pour is fizzy from a can. Aroma is bready with a touch of clove and sweet pearfruit. Thin and slightly fizzy mouthfeel. Taste is also sweet - lemon, pear - and yeast, with a warming undercurrent of alcohol. Some spice as well. The finish is sweet and boozy. A more crafty beer than I expected.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sample at festival. Clear golden pour with a frothy white head. a lot of banana and lemon in the aroma along with some dough. Fairly sweet for the style, with a sour bubblegum kick and an alcohol burn to finish. Pretty standard tripel.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Can from JCB - thanks! Lightly hazy pale gold with some floaties. Nose is moderate banana/light clove, lemon citrus, Belgian yeast, and light candy. Flavor is mild banana with tangy citrus, powdery Belgian yeast, light plastic, and a slight alcohol bite. Starts somewhat sweet and candy-like but finishes mildly dry. Some slickness to the palate. An entry-level tripel that is decent and not offensive.
