Yellow pour with foamy white head and lace. Alot of rock candiness, light cough syrup aorma. Sweet candy that shifts to abv, a mellow hay like flavor with a good bitter. Full bodied but fizzy.

Draft. This one has an aroma and a flavor of slightly sour bubblegum. Not a bad beer at all, but it’s off style.

Pours golden from tap with an inch of white foam. Nice yeasty Belgian vibe with a touch of green apple on the nose. Spicy on the tongue but sweet as well with just a hint of bitterness on the finish. Nice!

Draft. Crystal clear light amber body, minimal white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, cotton candy, some candi sugar, light spicy. Taste is moderately sweet, cotton candy, alcohol, some spicy. Sticky medium-full body.

Pours a clear sparkling golden with a slight white head. Aroma of pears, peaches, pineapple, apple. Fruity throughout and lightly sweet. Nice thick mouthfeel. Alcohol burn throughout. Just enough bitterness to keep it in check. Very well done.

Growler from Whole Foods Chapel Hill Ar: Hazy pale orange-gold, small white head, bit of lace. Ap: Yeast, clove, cinnamon. Spice dominated. T: Mild sweetness compared to other American tripels I’ve had. Tannic finish with a sizable booze burn. P: Medium body, sticky, very mild carbonation. O: Not great, but a nice try at this style. Enjoyable and worth picking up at $9 for a neat looking growler.
