On tap at "The Pit" in Raleigh NC - wow - this beer really suprised me... it poured a hazy golden color with a foamy white head. Aroma of citrus, grasses, malt and hops. Had a nice taste of malt and what seemed to be peach to me - not so much so that it was like a peach fruit beer - but gave it a nice taste. I really enjoyed this beer with my BBQ. I would definitely try this beer again.

Pours a clear sparkling golden with a slight white head. Aroma of pears, peaches, pineapple, apple. Fruity throughout and lightly sweet. Nice thick mouthfeel. Alcohol burn throughout. Just enough bitterness to keep it in check. Very well done.

Love this beer of theirs! Has all the flavors of the traditional triple, enjoyable and a dangerous brew.

Served on draft at the restaurant. Pours a clear golden color with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of candi sugar, pale malts, tannins, something chemical and some booze. The taste is banana, citrus, bread, spice, tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, wine-like and a little all over the place, but still good.

Pours golden from tap with an inch of white foam. Nice yeasty Belgian vibe with a touch of green apple on the nose. Spicy on the tongue but sweet as well with just a hint of bitterness on the finish. Nice!

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2012 Tap at Rockfish. Pours a light straw gold with one finger of white head. Nose is fairly clean, a light delicate candy-like sweetness and fruity esters. Three is some spice and raw bread dough. Very nice ester profile. Flavor shows some hay and a light grassy character with some peppery spice. Some raw fruit and plum. Medium body and dry peppery finish.
