The taste is banana, citrus, bread, spice, tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, wine-like and a little all over the place, but still good.

Growler from Whole Foods Chapel Hill
Ar: Hazy pale orange-gold, small white head, bit of lace.
Ap: Yeast, clove, cinnamon. Spice dominated.
T: Mild sweetness compared to other American tripels I’ve had. Tannic finish with a sizable booze burn.
P: Medium body, sticky, very mild carbonation.
O: Not great, but a nice try at this style. Enjoyable and worth picking up at $9 for a neat looking growler.
