Nice high alcohol pale ale that had a good op profile and kept you drinking. Base hit but not a home run.

Draught. Pours a hazy amber color with a moderate white head on it. Nose is slightly hoppy, but has a subtle smell of feet to it. Tastes a little bitter, but not all that much substance to it. Bleh.

TURDFERGUSON (4043) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - APR 13, 2013
Tap at Beer Study. Deep orange, cloudy, thin film of white lace. Nose is crackery and lightly buttery, light pine, and grassy hop character. Flavor is dirty bitterness not much else. Kind of a letdown.

pint at brewery. ok aroma, sweet. grassy grainy. clean brownish orange color, small head, no lace. Bitter flavor. Medium body, thin slick mouthfeel, bitter finish. Its ok, nice they used some local malts, aroma was mild, flavor had a nice bite about it. pretty regular apa overall, but always fun to find a one off...
