COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA uses magnum, Chinook, perle, and ahtanum hops. Lots of pale ale and victory malt. 6.7% ABV. Our goal was to balance the hops flavors with a full bodied beer to give a very rounded taste.

can. Golden with big two finger head. Nice hops and lighter on the malt than many other east coast IPAs. Consequentially, it’s doesn’t have the earthiness that I’m not fond of. Good stuff.

A turbid, rich, yellow gold. White wavy head. Big, aggressive, pungent hop aroma of the woody variety, with evidence of resin and green leaf - very grand to behold. Then another surprise - huge astringency in the flavor. Tastes like hop oil more than hop leaf. Crisp & aggressive, but dominated by one dimensional lemon-rinded hop punch. Such carries into the palate, clinging to the bottom of the tongue and somewhat pulling the aroma and flavor together - but still overdoing some dry, astringent bitterness. Better than expected, and way more aggressive than expected too!

Meaty chinook aroma mixed with bubblegum. Perfumy flavor, unpleasant. Definitely not a favorite.

Can. Floral citrus/orange hops, and biscuity malt aroma. Orange with a large off-white head, nice lacing. Floral-fruity citrus, light caramel, and biscuit malt flavor. Body on the light side of medium, moderate carbonation.

Hazy, dark orange with a short, light tan head. Aroma is orange, grapefruit peel. Taste is a malty, hop-bittered citrus. Nicely orange noted. Very good.

Bad label. Bright, but foggy gold beer with a thin white head. Nice aroma - sweet fruit and caramel with a little alcohol noticable, vanilla perhaps. Not bad, maybe a little bland relative to the aroma. Acidic, then gos starchy. Doesn’t have huge fruitiness. Crackery,. Persistent bitter on the side of the tongue in the finish. Thanks, LuckyDog.

A real hoppy ipa with a nice bitter finish. No floral taste common with iPas. Very dry and comes in a can. Very tasty ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber from JCB - thanks! Slightly hazy amber with copious rocky, off-white head. Nose is citrus and pine with light grapefruit and faint caramel malt. Flavor is moderate Pinesol hopping with some plastic and some faint malt in the background. Far too carbonated, giving a bit of a carbonic/acidic bite. Nose is inviting, but flavor is lacking.
