Our IPA uses Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade hops, and is further dry hopped with Magnum and Willamette. 2-Row Pale, Vienna and Crystal malts balance nicely, resulting in a bright, citrus forward flavor.

Lattina. Colore biondo-arancio, profumata, a differenza delle ipa ’classiche’, questa è decisamente più amara.

22oz Bottle. The pour was a murky medium orange with an average (1-2 finger) off white frothy head that receded slowly, down to a large fluffy cap which lasted throughout and produced full sheets of sticky lacing. The aroma was of a biscuit malt, floral and spruce hops and a cheesy yeast with notes of citrus (orange and lemon peel), a light fruity ester (pineapple I believe) and caramel. The taste was mildly sweet with a hint of caramel at first, but quickly became extremely hoppy and lightly fruity with a bold citrus peel bitterness that had a nice bite right at the end. The flavor hung around for a very long time after the swallow with everything else finally giving way to a long lingering citrus peel bitterness. Mouthfeel was almost medium in body and extremely dry in texture with a carbonation that just past medium in intensity. Overall this was an exceptional IPA with a strong bold bitterness, which was balanced nicely by a light fruitiness and a mild caramel sweetness giving it a smooth and easy drinkability… www.facebook.com/KAJIIsBeerReviews

Can. A decent piney IPA. Nothing too special with the appearance or scent, but the flavor packs a nice hoppy, grassy, piney flavor.

Tap. Good citrusy aroma. But the flavor is just not where it should be. The finish is also a little bit of a let down. Overall, it’s better than any of the macro brews, though.

12oz can: pours a clear deep golden with a clingy-lacing froth of white head. Has a fresh resiny hoppy nose with some underlying toasted caramel sweetness. Starts with good fullness and medium effervescence with a light malty sweetness and good resiny bitterness with a floral hop character before a drier bittersweet finish. Could be a little smoother and more drinkable, but is otherwise a nice IPA.

12oz can. Rating #65. Medium gold pour with a white head. Nice pine aroma, light tropical notes. Pretty bitter, more pine and a lingering bitter aftertaste. (2864)

22 oz bomber from Beer Army Outpost The IPA head overwhelmed the tulip glass with significant foam lacing. The ale poured a hazy golden amber. The nose detected floral hops, citrus and some resin. This is nice IPA with a medium body and lively carbonation while pouring. This is a smooth IPA with citrus and resin. The finish had resin and some citrus.

Poured from 12oz can. Nice pour with little head and limited lacing. Really smooth ipa with a decent, tasty hop back. Didnt expect a beer this tasty. --you've been Dubbed.

can. Golden with big two finger head. Nice hops and lighter on the malt than many other east coast IPAs. Consequentially, it’s doesn’t have the earthiness that I’m not fond of. Good stuff.

A turbid, rich, yellow gold. White wavy head. Big, aggressive, pungent hop aroma of the woody variety, with evidence of resin and green leaf - very grand to behold. Then another surprise - huge astringency in the flavor. Tastes like hop oil more than hop leaf. Crisp & aggressive, but dominated by one dimensional lemon-rinded hop punch. Such carries into the palate, clinging to the bottom of the tongue and somewhat pulling the aroma and flavor together - but still overdoing some dry, astringent bitterness. Better than expected, and way more aggressive than expected too!
