COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA uses magnum, Chinook, perle, and ahtanum hops. Lots of pale ale and victory malt. 6.7% ABV. Our goal was to balance the hops flavors with a full bodied beer to give a very rounded taste.

On tap at the Flying Saucer, Raleigh. Murky amber with a white head. Body seems thin, decent lace. Definately English style, malt and toffee flavors, mildly spicy herbal hop. Meh.

bottle. a clear gold beer under a small, frothy, white head. piney hops with crystal malt nose with a bit of white grapefruit. a strikingly bitter beer with white grapefruit and lemony hops. soapy. very dry. not a lot of sweetness. a hop showcase styled ipa.

Draft. Clear pale color. Finger thick no rocky off white head. Chinook aroma is robust. Quite bitter for a IPA. I've had double IPAs that don't linger as long as this one. It tastes like it was dry hopped with cascade. It's that prevalent. Lacing is among the best I've seen. Awesome. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I like this beer more than others. On draft at Lafayette Village Grill. BTW...they have a GREAT NC beer selection. Cloudy...big citrus..seems like a very fresh keg. Will order when I see it on draft.

Bottle.  Pours orange with thick off white head.  Nice citrus hop aroma.  Good lacing.  Taste has light bitterness.  Taste of resiny hops and bread.  Thin mouthfeel.  Decent.

Served on draft at the restaurant. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized creamy off-white head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of citrus hops and not much else. The taste is citrus and herbal hops with an almost peppery note. Medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering bitterness.

Growler into a pint glass. Looks like a shiny new penny with a nice thin head. Nose is bitter grassy hops, orange, lemon, and a bit of caramel malt. Taste isn’t too far off from the nose and is quite bitter and resinous. Slightly cloying, this beer reminds me of GF West Coast IPA without the west coast hop complexity.

Pours light clear golden amber with a small off white head. The aroma is clear light bitter and softly sweet hops. The flavor is similar, less sweet more light bitter hops. Not very complex but definitely consistent.
