+ mooi stroperig geel honing kleur + geur is lekker zoet en fruitig +/- eerst smaak bitter citrus,2de smaak fruitig alleen niet herkenbaar. Kan van alles zijn. 3de smaak, na 8 sec niet gedrongen te hebben proef je opeens iets van honing, maar zeer ligt.

Bottled@Monks Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Deep golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is malts, caramel, honey, some sweet sugary notes as well as mild yeastyness. Flavour is honey, sweet malts, some sugary notes as well as some mild floral and nectary notes. Rather bodied.

Bottle. Medium high fluffy lasting white head. Hazy orange amber body. Sweet malty corn caramel honey aroma. Heavily carbonated artificial tasting honey caramel malt flavor. Short sweet aftertaste.

Clear sparkling, medium amber color with a large, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light roasted and caramel, light honey, moderate yeasty, shoe polish, yeast - co2. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090909]

Clear golden with medium off white head. Sweet aroma with lemon and hints of honey. Sweet flavour with peach, lemon and caramel notes. Finished sweet.

This is the firt honey beer for me and i was not impressed as it is full of different tastes, spices, berries, but none go together. just when you think ahh, there it is, it changes.

aroma is honey, sweet, slight red fruits or perhaps spices. clear yellow, small white head. flavor is a mix of honey and berries, with some beer flavor, yeast. soft and sweet aftertaste. oaky, but you would not session beer this one.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Mild fruity, slight peachy aroma. Sweet fruity, peachy and apple. Mild yeasty too. Light metallic and yeasty finish. Nice and mellow, quite fruity. A bit too sweet and strange fruity overly done flavour.

Shared this one w/ SkyCop32, he picked it up at Maruhn Getränke in Darmstadt. Pours a dark amber color. Aromas of hops, caramel, and a hint of citrus. Flavor is malty with a touch of nuts and chocolate finished with some mild hop action.

(Bottle 33 cl) Comes as "Avilys Lithuanian Honey Beer". Clear, amber golden with an off-white head. Sweetish, fruity nose. Medium body with unclean fruity notes and a metallic edge. Bitter finish. Yet another "Haus der 131 Biere" bier. I bet this is brewed in Belgium - Strubbe. 150107
