75cl, new exclusive collab. brew Anno 2012, from De Hopduvel Gent, complex sour brew, sour/vinous and slightly woody, yet balanced, cloudy, nearly no head, nice brew, yet expensive!

Bottle shared at bu11zeye’s 10,000th tasting. The beer pours an orange-yellow color with a white head. The aroma has a light amount of tartness, as well as some leather, Belgian yeast and lemon notes. The flavor is similar. I get a lot of tart lemons, as well as some green apples and cherries. There is also a nice amount of yeast and some lighter, biscuit malt thrown in. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Courtesy of sebletitje. pours hazy reddish brown with a small brownish white head that quickly dissipate without leaving much trace. Smell is tiny sweet and slightly sour with burnt sugar, vinegar, grass, ripe grapes, overripe citrus fruits and hints of barnyard. Taste is tiny sweet, sour and slightly metallic with vinegar, hay, lemon juice, lemon zest, sweat, barnyard and hints of sour cherries and unripe currants. Mouthfeel is tart, slightly dry and medium bodied. Finish is sour with sour cherries, burnt sugar, grass, lemon zest and hints of red wine that has started to turn into vinegar.

Bottle (75 cl), courtesy of sebletitje. Hazy orange, medium white head. Fruity aroma with red berries and some wood. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. Dry with high acidity.

Cloudy copper color, small white head. Acidic, herbal, fruity scent. Acidic, sour, green apples taste. Mouthpuckering mouthfeel, very low bitterness.

(Bottle) Pours hazy dark orange with a small head. The aroma holds mould, medicine, wood, tart cherries, robust malt, phenols and touch of hops. The aroma is dry, medium to heavily acidic and tiny bitter with notes of citrus, tart fruits/berries, light malt and subtle hops. The mouthfeel is tart with a light carbonation. Aggressive citrus finish. Light to medium bodied.

Bottle at "30 år av surt". Amber/orange beer with à small head. Sourish fruity yeasty aroma. Fruity sourish flavor.

75cl Bottle at AHBS. Muddy amber colour, off white head. Flavour is tart, funk, old red wine, must, berries. Flavour is sour fruits, berries, acid, lemon, tannic red wine, wood, sour finish. Light bodied, overcarbonated. Not my kind of beer, but not undrinkable.

Bottle @ ZDF’12 Amber coloured without a head. Sour aroma, like ketchupchips. Heavy sour taste with some fruits in the end. Sour fades slowly away.
