Whiskey-soaked aroma. Deep brown color with an off-white head. Boozy, sour-mash whisky dominance with a light roasty porter body underneath. Notes: Brewery visit, summer í13

Bit of a sharper almost dryer vanilla taste that finishes very refreshing. Very complex flavor with the hops and vanilla sweetness. Exceptional porter!

GABF, 2012. Black color, and very light all around in the aroma and flavor. Some oak and roasted malt, but it needs more flavor and palate.

On tap at GABF 2012. Pours a deep brown color with a medium white head. A smooth roasted nose with light fruit. Not a ton of barrel in the flavor, maybe some wood, roast, coffee, slight sour fruit. Good overall.
