Draft. Pours a golden straw color with a smallish white head. Aroma and flavor are pretty true to the style (which is actually pretty rare for the style). Fairly fruity and sweet; moderate bitterness; smooth malt flavor. Seems a little thick on the tongue and not effervescent enough. I wonder how long it was lagered.

Cloudy, light pear gold, short head. Biscuity aroma. Starchy, medium buttering. Some veggie/chemical notes. Frothy mouthfeel, medium body, long German hop aftertaste. Grows on you. Taproom, Birmingham, BABC.

Draft at the J. Clyde. Hazy gollden pour with a tiny white head. Scent is malty. Taste is malty sweet with a hint of lemon and bread.
