Pours crystal clear very dark brown with a thick, creamy tan head that falls quickly to loose film and sedimentary rings of lace. Nice rich and restrained nose of roast grains, lightly sour, not unlike the coffee the brewer suggests. Rich and creamy but very lightly carbed body, very clean and drinkable. Big nutty, roasty, lightly coffeed mid-palate. Clean finish. Great stuff. Finn (1510), Tromsø, Norway
