Commercial Description:
Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

Pours hazy yellow with a foamy white head. Looks the way weiss beer should. Fresh aroma with notes of citrus and lots of banana. Rich full flavour. Lots of banana flavour, slightly spicy. Nice Weiss.

Hazy golden beer with a strong head that leaves lots of lace. The scent is refreshingly fruity and a little yeasty. The taste has some more refreshing fruits and slight hints of vanilla.

Beer from Gilly’s. I am a fan of hefeweizens..and wow, this is one good beer. Sweet aroma, nice hazy appearance for a hefeweizen. Taste is exactly what a hefeweizen should be. I need to go back and get more of this beer. Update: Had a draft of this beer at Pizza Paradiso on 11/06/09 - this beer is better as a bottle.

Poured a hazy gold with a thick, lasting white head. Aroma of banana, clove, bread, and a little citrus. The flavor has a lot of spicy yeast notes, sweet citrus, with bread and wheat malt. This is the best hefeweizen I’ve had so far.

From bottle; nice golden brown color. Subtle spice and citrus notes with a hint of banana. Very easy drinking. One of my favorite Weisse beers

Pours golden bronze. Very heavy nice yeast notes and flavors. One hell of a hefe! Zest and fruit with a strong citrus character that makes you happy a great mid day beer or anytime in the spring. Great with bread and jam.
