Apr 6, 2009 Hazy yellow color with a sizable fluffy white head that does not last. Aroma is very nice - bannana, cloves, lemon and spice. Taste is the same. Thin body with plenty of prickly carbonation. Drinkable and enjoyable.

Mar 25, 2009 500 ml bottle from GM Liquors. Nose of bananas, yeast, floral hops, light vanilla and cloves. Murky gold with a big, lightly lacing white head. Flavor is pepperiness, banana, an oaky vanilla woodiness that is very light and appears more as it warms. Finish is very light bitterness with residual yeastiness.

Mar 24, 2009 bottle, labelled Bräu-Weisse. Cloudy yellow colour, large head. Fruity nose. Full-bodied, malty with nice banana accents and a pleasant citrusy fruityness, balanced with very shy hints of caramel. Pleasantly yeasty.

Mar 11, 2009 500 ml bottle. Hazy yellow colour, big white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, banana and citrus fruits. The flavour is wheaty, malty, a little sweet, wiht yeast, banana, citrus and spices. Medium-bodied and richly carbonated. Very enjoyable.
