The flowery, fruity aroma fills the room and is magnificent. Lots of banana. Some sweet, citric malt. Finishes lovely. Really great summer beer, up there on par with Hacker-Pschorr’s hefe. | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Aug 23, 2008 Banana lemon spice on the nose, hints of jammy apricots. Golden yellow color, with haziness and a huge foamy head. Haney and malt sweetness, balanced by a little bitterness and some citrus tartness. Big carbonation, creamy texture, yet crisp. It also finished nicely, almost seemed to have a little more of an alcohol burn at the very end? (in a good way). Deep and flavorful, this is an awesome beer. bigtaster (184), Grand Rapids, USA

Very sweet aroma of banana’s and vanilla. Very smooth with enough carbonation to tickle your tongue. Yeasty sweet taste some nice fruity notes. Good but not enough real flavor the sweetness is only temporarily satisfying. GMCC2181 (855), Bear/Elkton, Delaware, USA
