Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

Poured from bottle into a Delirium Noel stem glass. Pours cloudy apricot honey with head and lace. Aroma of light malts, wheat, banana. Significant carbonation and medium mouthfeel. Flavors of wheat, light malt, grains, citrus zest, banana. Overall very refreshing and easy to drink.

From a well kept imported bottle, this Hefeweizen pours a bright hazy golden color, with an impressive head that lasted the entire pint. Aroma is soft and floral, truly reminiscent of the mountain breeze of southern Germany, if I may, haha. Very enjoyable notes of sweet wheat, light banana, and a hint of grassy floral (hoppy?) notes in the flavor. Light bodied, pleasantly less filling than other hefeweizens. More of a delicate flavor overall, but quite the effort to detect the subtleties to this classic brew.

Hazy golden pour with a huge foamy head. Aroma of bananas. Medium mouth. Taste is very refreshing and not overly sweet. Mild flavor overall. Lingering banana notes, no off flavors. A little lace present.

Amarelo palha, espuma branca de boa formação e persistência. Aroma levemente metalizado, ademais típico weiss com banana, leve cravo. Paladar levemente adocicado, corpo médio e baixa carbonatação. Uma weiss bem mediana.

Nice clear light golden hue with a thin foamy white head. Lovely clean and classic German hefe nose of wheat, toast, a bit of clove, and more wheat. Delightful wheaty and Bready flavor with some toast, clove, and a clean German yeasty tone on the finish. Nice banana tones come in once you pour the yeast in. Exemplary brew and a benchmark of the style.
