COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

Lively carbonated, Weizen color with dense head. Looks very good. Aroma is sweet and grainy, vanilla, canned corn. Nice balance. Taste is thirst quenching, not overwhelmingly yeasty or grainy as some of the other brands. Starts fresh and crisp, with a soft mouthfeel. Fresh grains and vanilla notes in the development. Butter soft again, well rounded. Aftertaste is neutral, a bit of sweetness from the grains. Perfect on a hot summers day.

Pale amber-yellow, hazy, strong white puffy head, lasting. Aroma is sweet wheat, more banana bread than clove, some lemon. Taste is moderate sweet wheat, good on banana, bread, cloves, some small level of acidity and a bit will carry over to the aftertaste, bready sweetish finish. Medium- bodied, medium carbonation, some creaminess. Leaves a light and refreshing impression.

0,50 bottle purchased at the Beerville shop in Belgrade-Serbia, consumed in Kosovo. Ciao Vlada. Pours a pale golden color, weisse cloudy appearance with a medium frothy white cap which lowers relatively fast leaving traces and gassy phenomena. Nose: pretty much banana but also a very unexpected Belgian-orientation, kind of a wit or a saison. Spicy too. Anyway...mouth: soft carbonation, easy drinking, tons of banana, yellow fruit, bread too. Kind of fruit juice in a beer. Lovely
