Commercial Description:
Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

big long lasting head, the aroma suggests a potent wheat that delivers if poured slowly, otherwise the head keeps the taste, the rest is watery, mixed properly=great representation

Pours a cloudy, milky tan, small, light head. Aroma is slightly citrusy, with a hint of peanut butter.Flavor is rich and light, very fruity. Lots of citrus and banana notes. Classic wheat flavor, not much on the site of hops though. Overall, good stuff.

Bottle. Typical hefeweizen beer. Rich aroma, little sweet flavor , can feel yeast. Normal.

Bottle pour with perfect hefe head, but let down on a pale urine body. The aroma is too subtle to delight in, though a bit floral with banana and vanilla. Flavor is solidly average with some mild honey and lots of white bread. I would have liked a stroger presence of aroma and taste. The palate was a nice surprise, being only slightly too carbonated for a perfect hefe. Overall, a lacking but pleasant offering.

Lots of head with lace. Highly carbonated, and a banana smell. Smooth and sweet taste with a hint a lemon banana.

Pours a hazy golden color with a nice white head. Light lacing. Aromas of bananas and cloves. Flavors of bananas, spices, and light yeast. Very palatable. Medium body beer.

16.9 oz bottle-A real cloudy yellow body with a nice tight white head and the yeast being suspeded over the beer like a black and tan. It has an aroma of lemon, banana, yeast, and a little clove. Taste of this light body comes across with the same and a dryness like champagne. The flavors are mile on this hefe but still great tasting.

Strong citrus aroma and flavor and a very nice thick head. Has a very hazy golden appearance as you can see the suspended yeast. The appearance, aroma and taste are great but it’s not the best Hefeweizen I’ve ever had. Nevertheless if you love Hefeweizens as much as I do you really can’t go wrong with this brew.
