Cloudy, pale yellowy gold, color. Ok head & lace. Sweet sharp flavor. Like aroma. Lite body, smooth creamy mouthfeel, dry sweet finish. Tasty, real easy to drink, I’d say i like the aroma a little more than flavor, got a little more out of it, though not a significant difference. Might even bring me around to Hefe’s..... crajun (90), , Texas, USA

Aroma of lemon, wheat, grass and slight corriander. Thinner bodied with average to lively carbonatin. Initial flavor had a large burst of vanilla Carvel soft serve ice cream but that fades wheat and grass with some light lemon and corriander notes. Very enjoyable and excellently done. Nose is rich with wheat, yeast, cloves, florals, and citrus. The taste is indeed crisp with wheat and a lively yeast component. Lighter in the florals, just a hint of cloves, and some dry lingering citrus in the tail. Nice.
