Commercial Description:
Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

Draft at Capones. Pours a cloudy yellow with a slightly thin looking large fluffy white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat, grass and slight corriander. Thinner bodied with average to lively carbonatin. Initial flavor had a large burst of vanilla Carvel soft serve ice cream but that fades wheat and grass with some light lemon and corriander notes. Very enjoyable and excellently done.

Bottle poured into a logoed wheat beer glass produced a thick, white, and long-lasting head with a translucent bright yellow body. Sweet, creamy, and delicious. One of the better wheat beers I’ve had the pleasure to drink.

500 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy pale yellow color with a thick white long lasting big head. It has the aroma of banana and bread. It has a delicious creamy lemon and banana with vanilla taste and a wonderful wheat aftertaste. This is a great beer and I would love to drink more of it.

Will pour a five+ finger cream head if you aren’t careful and it fades slowly to a thin layer leaving some lace. Cloudy amber color with some yeast left in bottle. Medium carbonation and medium bodied. Lemon/yeast nose. Flavor is lightly sweet lemon and with some yeast, smooth. $2.25 for a 330ml bottle from Beverage Warehouse Winooski, VT.

Colore giallo biondo e velato, Schiuma abbondante. Aroma speziato forte, con alcune note di agrumi. Sapore di malto, abbastanza buono,un pò zuccherino, frumento e speziato. Una tra le weizen migliori che ho assaggiato

Bottle: Dark straw colored pour with a finger of white head. Nose is rich with wheat, yeast, cloves, florals, and citrus. The taste is indeed crisp with wheat and a lively yeast component. Lighter in the florals, just a hint of cloves, and some dry lingering citrus in the tail. Nice.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a very large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a hazy softly carbonated yellow-white colored body. The mild aroma was malty spicy and banana. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mellow fruity aftertaste. The yummy flavor contained notes of malt hops banana and floral. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

500 ml bottle bought at the Utah State Store on Foothill Dr. Pours a fairly cloudy orange color with a very large foamy white head. The aroma is lots of lemons, yeast, citrus and light malts- some spices as well. The flavor is crisp and clean; dry fruity flavors, yeast, loads of spices, light wheat and very clean water. Very nice and extremely drinkable. Once again, I really enjoy the quality, clean, and drinkability of German beer.
