Commercial Description:
Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

16.9 oz bottle-A real cloudy yellow body with a nice tight white head and the yeast being suspeded over the beer like a black and tan. It has an aroma of lemon, banana, yeast, and a little clove. Taste of this light body comes across with the same and a dryness like champagne. The flavors are mile on this hefe but still great tasting.

Strong citrus aroma and flavor and a very nice thick head. Has a very hazy golden appearance as you can see the suspended yeast. The appearance, aroma and taste are great but it’s not the best Hefeweizen I’ve ever had. Nevertheless if you love Hefeweizens as much as I do you really can’t go wrong with this brew.

Tap. Aroma of bananas and cloves. Very estery. Pours an orange yellow. Obviously hazy. Flavor is sweet and estery. Fruity and pleasant. Very drinkable. A touch of lemon in the finish puts this one together. A great hefe.

The bottle looks good, typical Ayinger-style. The beer tastes very much like a normal hefeweizen, fruity, sweet - delicous. Only the finish reminds me of a non-alcohol beer - that’s not so good. Nevertheless a good and drinkable beer.

500ml bottle-pours a golden honey color with a lot of carbonation. Thin head dissipates fairly quickly. Hints of banana in the flavor. Strong wheat flavor noted. Fairly easy to drink and overall a good brew.

Pour yourself a great hefeweisebier full of foam, Then when it settles down, savor the light, wheat aroma. Ayinger is a beautiful cloudy straw color. It tastes light, and refreshing like light wheat, with a hint of lemon, yet it is full flavored. A very good brew, one of my favorites.

Not my favorite style here so I’m being generous. The carbonation was an overload on this one, I actually had to give the bottle a shake. Very lemony and orangy. Super spiced beer. The wheat was super strong. One who likes wheat beers will love this guy, but just not my thing.

Complex fruity-spicy aroma. No thick creamy head as advertised, however. Decent taste, but not my favorite hefe.
