| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 7, 2007 6/30/07 On Draught at the Seattle International Beerfest. Aroma is sour malt forward, wheat, peppery with some plasticy esters that are not objectionable for some reason. Appearance is cloudy straw yellow with a low white head. Flavor is sweet bubblegum, clovey with orange with a clean finish. Mouthfeel is light bodied with a slight starchiness. Overall, this is a great complex beer that is surprisingly easy drinking for all the flavor packed in. dankman38 (228), Somewhere in, Ohio, USA
