Commercial Description:
Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a very large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a hazy softly carbonated yellow-white colored body. The mild aroma was malty spicy and banana. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mellow fruity aftertaste. The yummy flavor contained notes of malt hops banana and floral. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

500 ml bottle bought at the Utah State Store on Foothill Dr. Pours a fairly cloudy orange color with a very large foamy white head. The aroma is lots of lemons, yeast, citrus and light malts- some spices as well. The flavor is crisp and clean; dry fruity flavors, yeast, loads of spices, light wheat and very clean water. Very nice and extremely drinkable. Once again, I really enjoy the quality, clean, and drinkability of German beer.

Pours a heavy ripe banana/dark golden yellow color with a really large frothy white head that slowly fades into a solid, lasting cap that leaves chunks of soapy lacing in it’s path. Slightly sour citrus aroma with lots of ripe banana, lemon and orange peel, corriander, zest and pepper notes. Lots of bready/yeast and subtle clove presence. Smooth crisp and refreshing wheat beer with a nice medium yeasty/bread body with a very nice citrus/lemon peel and ripe banana flavor balanced out by some peppery zest, corriander and clove spice.

bottle 500 ml from Alko 2,78€ EXP 01 10 hazy dark yellow huge head when pouring and fall in love fruit fly on it when pouring. Taste: banana kicks first then citrus and tickling dry spicyness. Pleasant aftertaste.

Haven’t had this one in a great long time. A nice solid brew that meets the standards and is alright.

.5L Bottle. Pours a hazy golden with a thick white head. Aroma is quite nice: bananas, bubblegum and clove. Taste is also banana, sweet bubblegum with citrus notes. Some tartness on the palate. I was not impressed by this beer like I was by Hacker-Pschorr (Hefe) Weisse. But again, I’m not really into wheats.
