cking (1012), North Canton, Ohio, USA May 10, 2007 Rated 1/17/06: Cloudy deep-golden yellow as it pours into my glass, high carbonation with a consistantly thin head and ample lacing. I allowed this one to breathe for a bit and was rewarded with the most aromatic hefe that I’ve tried to date. Refreshing aroma of fruits and spices with a more moderate amount of the typical "banana" flavor associated with hefe’s. As I sipped on this one I was rewarded with a well balanced wheat beer. Just like the aroma all of the nice flavors blended together and complimented each other. No dominant aspect with this one, a truly remarkable hefe-weizen. Anglofile (135), Piti, Guam May 8, 2007 Sweet and wheaty aroma. Slightly bitter with touch of citrus rind. Light cloudy amber beer. Frothy white lacing head. Medium heavy carbonation and light body. Light and refreshing in taste. Wheaty with light citrus notes. Bubblegum and alcohol. Clean sweet finish and aftertaste. Easy to drink but doesn’t make me want another. pojo41 (315), Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA Apr 30, 2007 Bottle. Beautiful lemon color. Nice white, fluffy head. Wonderful aroma of banana.
