| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 26, 2007 Pours a pale straw yellow, cloudy, dissipating head. Aroma is surprisingly vanilla-y like the description says. Downplayed spices and citrus, but it’s there. Taste mingles with breadlike flavors, vanilla, lemon, and light cloves. Finishes a little tangy at first, then dries out and almost disappears. Interesting and very drinkable. Fairly light on the palate, but that’s expected. A good hefeweizen, but doesn’t pack quite the punch that I want. yespr (11906), Copenhagen O, Denmark

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 22, 2007 Bottle at Falstaff, Paris. A hazy gold studded with rising carbonation, perched atop is a huge foamy white head. Aroma is wheat upfront, as well as slight banana, floral, and spice character. Taste brings up bubblegum, banana, a lingering sour wheat character. Has an impressive and hard to place varying sweet/sour after that was enjoyable. High carbonation and pleasing on the palate. fauskie (11), USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 18, 2007 Banana was extremely prominent throughout the beer and the head retention was ridiculously long. I enjoyed this beer very much but I think after two it would become too sweet. bobaidan (358), Farmington, Connecticut, USA
