Commercial Description:
Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

Light banana and lemony ester aroma. Furious clearish gold pour. Rocky top of super foam. Flavor, an almost distant smoky sweetness. Plain estery malt, with edges of banana, faint toast and light celery. Nice body. Smacks a little unexciting. Not the most fulfilling of weisses for me. Slight sourness. Light apple skin balance. Smacks of grain husks.

This beer pours a cloudy yellow color with a medium white head that dissipates very quickly w/ no lacing on the sides. Flavor is very lemony and zesty with good notes of bananas in there! Perfect for those summer afternoons when you want a cool refreshing beer! This beer is awesome for the style. Love this beer! Cheers!

From Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden color with long lasting head. You really can smell the banana and floral aroma in this one. The banana flavor is real evident as well. Body was medium thick just the way I like it. Not my favorite but never the less damn good.

Hazy yellow, good head that lasts. Flavor is pretty good, fruity, banana, clove, all the expected stuff, little bit of yeast. Has a real nice texture to the mouthfeel. Kind of refreshing. Really good brew that I’ll have again.

Bottle pours cloudy golden with a nice white head that stays pretty well. Good aroma of bannana, clove, and a touch of lemon. Flavor is yeast, bannana, clove, a little lemon and maybe some bubblegum there too. Palate is light airy and quite drinkable. Good, crisp and refreshing.. Nice Hefe here..

Bottle. I’m not normally a wheat beer lover, but this is really good. Cloudy yellow body with a big white head of small bubbles. Aroma is light, and lemony with a bit of other fruit (peach?). Flavor is light, but complex with lemon, banana, and spice. Best hefeweizen I’ve had.
