Jun 7, 2006 Rocky crag floats on the beer, colapsing quickly under its own weight. Body is a strong cloudy tan orange. Nose is the classic clove and banana with a hint of corriander. The mouth is wheat wtih some clove and a nice hallertau freshness. Tounge fades fast with a residual spice.

Jun 5, 2006 Yeasty aroma, with a hint of spice and maybe a touch of banana.
Initial taste is of slight clove and yeasty sweetness.
Mouthfeel is excellent with a very smooth and full finish that tastes of banana, spice, slight fullness that remains.

Jun 3, 2006 As soon as I opened the bottle, I caught a rich banana smell and just assumed it was coming from something else in the kitchen... upon pouring, the smell was verifiable as the thick head formed. Bubbles rising to the top, the cloudy deep yellow appearance was a sight and the head didn’t subside until half way through, leaving only a ring of head round the edges. The aroma was bananas, citrus, cloves (much more spice than I was expecting), and a touch of yeast. The flavor was the same, but the mouthfeel was disappointingly thin. Sure, it’s summer and light is refreshing, but I wanted a little more. (Don’t get me wrong, I’d get another one of these in a flash, but...)

Jun 2, 2006 Bottle. Pale golden color, hazy, with huge white head. Terrific nose of herbal notes, yeast, sour citrus, wheat, and some bubblegum chalkiness. Creamy, full mouthfeel with very well balanced flavors of all of the above, slightly fruity toward the end, with a bit of a yeast bite in the finish. Drunk at room temp. This is darned tasty!

Jun 1, 2006 Bottle sampled with Stegosaurus. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of Bananas, citrus, and yeast. Flavor is citrus, bananas , and yeast. Good hefe.

does not count  May 26, 2006 Beautiful golden color with a nice thick head. Adequate carbonation and a crisp wheaty/sweet flavor. Clean finish. Wonderful Weisse!

May 24, 2006 Pours a cloudy yellow color with a medium white head. Aroma is of whete, lemon, banana, and some earth spices. Flavor is mostly the same with some hint of citrus. Not a bad brew, pretty decent.

Aroma is slightly dusty at first followed by bannana and cream notes. Cloudy muted yellow in color with a huge and lasting, creamy white head. Fore is yeast, bannana some mild citrus and a mildly sweet creamy smoothness. Very satisfying and tasty.
