COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

Poured blonde with foamy white head from bottle. Very dry, with aromas of citrus and cheese. Dry and champagne like. Went down really well in this record breaking heat.

Light hazy golden pour with a thick white head. Floral aroma. Smooth beginning with some banana and a little pepper towards the end. Bit of an oily mouth feel.

A sunshine yellow with a sweet, puffy foam. Sweet and fruity with a definite seam of spicy clove and pepper running through it. Smooth, very light a almost too banana-y for me, especially in the finish when it feels a though I could have blasted a bag of banana sweeties.

Bottle. Hazy straw yellow pour with a quickly dissipating white carbonation head. Wonderful aroma of banana, esters, and clove. A little fizzy, and the aroma elements are present in the taste but muted a little. Pretty darn good.

Bottle from John M as free is truly appreciated! Pours hazy straw, foamy white head. Banana, grain, sweet esters, yeast. Pungent, attractive strong nose. Flavors of lemon, clove, wheat. palate is light, milky at first, then richer, wheatty thickness hits the back of your tongue. effervescent carbonation, subtle bitterness and crisp on the finish. Outstanding for style an sessionable.

Unfiltered golden, wheaty, dry, sweet, delicious. Nice, foamy, bubbly. Light. Very enjoyable.
