Commercial Description:
Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

My brother gave me a bottle, and I was happy he did. Excellent look to this beer and surprising smooth flavor. Lemon aftertaste makes this a solid hefeweizen. Worth sampling at any time of the year.

A very nice wheat beer. Hazy straw yellow with large fluffy white head. Citrus, banana, lemon, floral hops, spice, bread, and apple. Well done and drinkable.

fresh lemon, young banana and dry wheat blend for a lucious complex aroma. 4 finger head of medium bubbles took a long time to subside and left nearly no lacing though the array of golden hues in the glass made up for that. sweet with a wildflower/herbal foundation that finishes a hint tart and dry. the best hef i’ve ever had.

Draught: The beer pours a hazy, golden color. Fairly decent head. The aroma is somewhat fruity: definitely citrus and mainly lemon. Fairly decent body. Good wheat taste, with some citrus taste also. VERY GOOD!

Vigorous white head. Yeasty aroma. Slightly cloudy pale gold color. Hint of banana. A dry finish. If you like weissbier you should love this; it just isn't my favorite style.

As strong as I tried to be there is no way to ignore the comments of my beer drinking companion that kept repeatedly saying "this is good. This is SO good. This is good". While may not be ALL THAT, it is indeed good and in possession of those Bavarian weiss traits - clove, banana esthers. Also helped that somehow it seemed fresh. Big thumbs up.

50cl bottle poured into weizen glass. Hazy yellow colour with nice carbonation and a creamy head that lasts. Good yeast and citrus flavours throughout. nice, quick finish. Enjoyable.

Opaque yellow with a soapy, short lived head. Crisp aroma of citrus and bananas with some lingering vanilla notes. Tart and effervescent with a long banana cream pie finish.
