Commercial Description:
Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

Pours a cloudy pale gold with a large, fine bubbly white head that lasts forever. Fruity nose followed by complex flavor of clove, citrus, and yeast. Light body, but excellent mouthfeel. Tart finish with light hop bitterness. One of the best hefeweizens out there. I love this beer.

Pours a cloudy dark straw with a large pillowy white head that clings to the glass. The nose is a solid yet subtle blend of banana, bubblegum and flowers over a soft wheaty malt backing. Light to medium-bodied it is easy drinking while fairly substantial. With a distinctly wheaty mouthfeel, it finishes fairly dry for a hefeweizen. Soft and wheaty with banana, floral and light clove notes in support. This is a very solid and nuanced example of the style.

Pours out to a nice thick off yellow color with a head that hung around. Aroma of yeast, fresh cut wheat, and a touch of fruit. Flavors were that of slight lemon with touch of banana and yeast. This is what a hefeweizen should look and tast like.

Pale, straw-yellow colour. Stale, bready, yeasty, slightly candyish aroma. Mellow banana flavour. A little spritzy. A classic German weiss.

Completely consistent from bottle to bottle. I really enjoy this beer and it is definitely one of my go tos, because you always know what you are going to get. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a large frothy, sometimes rocky head. Typical yeasty aroma of bananas and bubblegum, clove spice follows through on the palate. Great carbonation, a delicious wheat beer.

Pale yellow, but an amazing hefe, nonetheless. Nose is a bit of a detractor. Dusty nose with some banana spiciness. In the end, loads of cloves and creaminess, but a bit thin on the palate. In all, a very tasty hefe.

Pours yellow with a white head. Has a strong smell of banana. The taste has a hint of banana and is nicely carbonated.
