Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

Very light in clor, almost like a belgian Wit. Fruity nose with citrus, slightly earthy, banana. Lively carbonation, very refreshing with an individual taste and long finish.

Aroma of wheat, banana and hay. Pours cloudy golden liquid with a frothy white head. Medium sweetness, only very slight bitterness in the finish. Strong banana and wheat flavour, kind of milky, yogurt and a hint of citrus. Medium body, very smooth texture, soft and creamy, almost like milk. This is a great Hefeweizen, so smooth in the taste and the flavour really spreads inside of your mouth.

Bottle: Hazy straw-yellow body with a huge, chunky white head that leaves lots of fat, patchy lacing all over the glass. Bananarama aroma with tons of fruity esters right off the bat. Large hints of clove, mint, & bubblegum from the yeast, as well as a hint of straw, wheat, & grassiness hidden underneath. Flavor is also heavy with the mostly-sweet, yet mildly-spicy banana & clove hints, only there’s a solid backing of freshly baked bread to hold it all up. Lighter hints of grass, bubblegum, & salt-water taffy with a clumpy finish that’s reminiscent of banana bread. Mouth feel could be a tad thicker, but it’s still pretty chunky. A really nice German hefeweizen.
