COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

Draught. Hazy light yellow. It had a lacing with a rich white head. The aroma is fruity with a wheaty aroma. The flavour is fruity and has a flavour of wheat.

Tasted this at the Emmetts Tavern in West Dundee quarterly beer tasting. Pours a light cloudy yellow with a great head and high carbonation. Aroma is mostly cloves, light fruit note with a solid yeast and wheat presence. Flavor was pretty dull. Spices weren’t as prevalent as in the nose, almost no discernible fruitiness and yeast tasted as if it was an old bottle where autolysis might of started to kick in creating a dulled characteristic. Carbonation was great and very effervescent but I just wish the flavor was there for the bubbles to carry.

Bottle, hazy yellow color with a thick white head. Nice snappy bite on the front. Tastes of earth, yeast.

500ml bottle! The beer in glass is orange yellow and turbid medium. The smell is yeasty and fruity, subtly clove-like in the background. Starts very yeasty, fruity with dominant banana flavor. Relatively sweet undertone that is a bit annoying with time. The aftertaste is slightly fermented fruit, banana and pleasantly yeasty. The further course is slightly bitter, which decreases slightly yeasty notes.

Pours with a rapidly dissipating head and a meak, slightly fruity aroma. Flavor dominated by clove with some mild fruitiness and a watery mouthfeel of a bottle left open too long before pouring. Light and maybe refreshing, but with little tartness to cleanse the palate.

500 ml bottle. Pours an unclear golden yellow with a three inch pillow white head that slowly collapses. Taste is of malt, wheat, yeast, banana, fruit and some spice. Similar clean aroma. Has a nice chewy, creamy body that is a bit on the lighter side. Easy to drink and rather enjoyable.

I was not impressed by this beer. The taste was pretty bold but the aftertaste was rather foul. The aroma mimicked the aftertaste. There's a decent amount of flavor when you first taste it but once that foul taste kicks in it ruins it.

Bottle. Golden color with a white head. The taste is sweet and yeasty with the obligatory wheaty pattern. Fruits and light citrus flavours balances the flavour and palate.
