Commercial Description:
Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

Nice head, easy pour. Very spicey, great estered nose of clove, fruit and a hint of banana. This is one of the most authentic Bavarian wheat beers available in Oklahoma.

Nice balanced hefe. Nose has a banana bread and citrus note. Can taste the cloves and hops- finishes a little grainier than most hefes. Lots of yeast sediment on the bottom, so give the bottle a little swirl just before dumping the last quarter into the weizen glass. This hefe is true to form.

I found this to be an excellent wheat. I had it years ago and could not find it. Yesterday a girl I was with pulled one from her cooler and I almost fell over. So now I know where to get locally. This is what a sheat beer should be. It is full bodied had a pleasant aroma and a great flavor.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden with a large rocky white head that lasts leaving good lacing. Aroma of wheat, citrus, bananas, yeast, vanilla, and clove. Taste is the same as aroma with a mild spicy tart finish. Medium mouthfeel thats slightly creamy and well carbonated. A very well done Hefeweizen perfect for a hot Florida Summer day.

A nice thick head with a nice, spice/clove smell with a hint of bananna. It was a very crisp beer, with wonderful flavor.

Bottle. I’m not normally a wheat beer lover, but this is really good. Cloudy yellow body with a big white head of small bubbles. Aroma is light, and lemony with a bit of other fruit (peach?). Flavor is light, but complex with lemon, banana, and spice. Best hefeweizen I’ve had.
