Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

Bottle. Poured a clear pale yellow with an inch thick, dense foamy head that slowly receded to a thick layer. Aroma of lemon, clove, wheat, vanilla, and faint banana. Smooth, lightly tart entry with a hint of lemon leads into a crisp wheatiness paired with a sweet vanilla flavor and undertones of spicy clove and soft tangerine-like citrus fruitiness that lingers into a light finish with an almost cinnamon sweetness. High carbonation and a crisp, clean mouth feel that creates an incredibly drinkable beer. Overall, its a really good beer with a fair amount of nuance and great mouth feel.

Bright yellow pour from draft at Yardhouse. White head. Flowers, lemon, spices, and fruity. Not bad for the style.

On tap at the brewery: Pours orange with a thick white head. Aroma of citrus, yeasty funk, and coriander. Taste is more of the same, with some vanilla, and a really nice balance of citrus and spice. One of the best weisse beers in existence, this is really nice.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden with eggshell head, foamy. Nose is incredibly good - dough, mild bubblegum, grain. Flavor is mild, but pleasant. Light and grainy with notes of vanilla-like yeast and mild citrus.

Pale golden, hazy. Looks like a witbier. Banana-cloves aroma. A lot of lemon in taste with a witbier-like carbonation. Very refreshing and drinkable.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a hazy orange colour, with a large creamy white head. Aroma is citric, oranges, lemons, bananas, hint of vanilla too. Flavour is typical of the style, fruity, wheaty, herbs and spices with floral notes.
