COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

Bottle. Poured a murky amber with a medium sized white creamy head that had excellent lacing. The aroma was heavy of bread malts with a meaty doughy yeast scent and hints of citrus. It tasted very yeasty with notes of citrus at first and finished with a nice malty yeast flavor with a nice note of citrus and left the flavor lingering for a nice while. Mouthfeel was light to medium in body and very creamy in texture and had a soft carbination. Overall an exquisit representation of this style, very nice with a slice of lemon.

Hazy yellow beer with nice white head. Sour sweet banana aroma. Taste is very refreshing, mild sweet banana, herbs. Nicely balanced and suprisingly good beer.

From a bottle. Cloudy yellow golden body with a very good off white head. Banana dominates both the aroma and the flavor but it’s also nicely bready. Medium-light body with medium+ carbonation. Sweet up front fading to lightly bitter by the aftertaste.

Samea, vaaleankeltainen olut runsaalla valkoisella ja pitsiä jättävällä vaahdolla. Todella kaunis olut. Tuoksu banaaninen ja vehnäinen. Maku vehäisen banaaninen ja sitruksinen, raikkaan hiilihappoinen ja lopussa hieman mausteisuutta kielen päällä kutittelemassa. Oikein raikas kesäinen laatuvehnis.

On-tap at Trattoria Calabrese, Garmisch. Cloudy orange golden with a huge white head. Aroma is nice, fruity esters, banana and clove. Sweet, fruity, yeasty, spicy, flavors of banana, bread, clove, citrus, light tart notes, finish is dry and clean. Light-medium bodied. Very good Weizen.

Very well brewed and robust hefeweizen with all classic flavors of banana and yeast in there accompanied by some vanilla and lemon flavors.

On tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma has the classic hefeweizen yeast esters, fresh and floral. Taste starts with sweet wheat malt and banana flavor. Finish is more balanced with some hop bitterness. Medium body with high effervescence. Overall this is a really well made, classic hefeweizen.

Bottle at home on a hot day. Perfectly chilled. Pours Cloudy Yellow with a White head. Lovely full flavour. Thick and wheaty. Typical Hefe character with Banana and clove. Lovely consistency. After havinf The Schneider Festweisse during the week and now this, Hefeweizens are firmly back at the forefront of my mind.
