Commercial Description:
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

Pours a nice mahogany colour with a substsantial tan head. Aroma of plum and ripe apple, molasses/burnt toffee, medium roast malt. Flavour was very sweet malt that is curbed by the hop in the finish leaving you ready for the next sip.

Roasted malty aroma of dark bread, syrup and chocolate. Syrupy-sweet flavor is roasted malts, bread and chocolate. Very tasteful.

Great, especially with food. Perfect balance for a dopplebock - not too sweet. Highly drinkable. Full bodied, creamy complex malt taste. Dark fruit flavors were excellent. Nothing stands out. Not much hops of course. Lightly bitter finish.

Pours blackish-brown, with a frothy head that thins quickly. A very full-flavored brew tasting of burnt malt, almost coffeelike, with a hint of fuitiness. An enjoyable beer.

Pours an oily brown/black with thin mocha colored head. Musty fruits on the nose, plums, prunes, raisins, apricots as well as toasted chocolate and light coffee aromas which tingle the olfactory glands. A well rounded mouthfeel with diverse and contrasting flavors all over the palate, yet at the same time remaining refreshing and fairly well balanced. Mustiness of the myriad flavors provides a grandfather like association for me and leaves me with an espresso-like drying finish which leaves me to contemplate about stuff. Not overly potent, but the alcohol always seems to kick in harder on this brew. Not bad at all sir.
