COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year’s aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

11.2oz bottle poured into glass: Aroma is bread/toast malt forward with notes of caramel and dark fruit. No burnt or roasted aroma. Head retention is very good. Light brown/tan head with mixed sized bubbles. Beautiful deep red hues shine through with brilliant clarity. Without light dark brown. Sweetness prevalent from lack of bitterness spot on. Carbonation tingles the tongue. Strong toast followed by bread, caramel, and lingering specialty malt sweetness.

An artfully composed, perfectly balanced, landscapelike beer, opening with aromas of dark caramel malts, molasses, hints of spices and bread, all of them very subtle due to that certain dryness they are taken back into, even nosewise, to be then, on a chewy, never cloying palate, taken up again, with dark, very ripe cherries morphing into old, pipe-tobacco impregnated wood, before ending with a roasted, dry malt bitterness of just the right strength and length. Beautiful!

The beer pours dark brown, almoust black, with a one finger high, creamy, beige head. Lots of lacing on the glass.

Nose: Caramel malt, molasses, toffe, coffe, dark chocolate, plum, dark fruit, nuts, raisin, butter, pepper and brown sugar.
Taste: Dark bread, dark syrup, nuts, dark fruit (raisin, plum), a hint of roasted malt, molasses, tobacco, brown sugar, liquorice, ginger, carnation, vanilla, oak and orange.
Body: Full, rich body. Complex, oily texture. Nice carbonation. Bitter end (that balance the sweetness).

Beatiful beer!

Ottima birra. Il primo impatto è devastante per la bontà, profumo di tostato, caramello e cioccolato, in bocca oltre a confermare gli aromi riesci a sentire anche sensazioni di cuoio e frutta secca. Unica pecca, non invoglia a berne tanta.

From Orpheus Rock (3.5?) In Duvel glass. Watching Cinderella (2015)Very drinkable and with a great flavor and taste. Demonstrates that lagers are not always worse than ales as many people think

Oh wow, this has an amazing aroma. I get toffee, caramel, slight chocolate, roastyness and a slight leatheryness. Flavor is amazing. Chocolate, toffee, butterscotch caramels, leather, dark fruits, raisin, nuts, spicyness. Amazingly compex and well balanced. Finish is fairly dry, but not overly so. Delicious.
