COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year’s aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

Strong complex Chocolate/Malty nose. Very dark, almost black color...Looks like I just poured a glass of Coca-Cola. Sweet chocolate, malty, sweet mouth with a very distinct lingering aftertaste.

Bottle, served in snifter. Pours with browny, quite thick head, but with poor retention. Color is dark ruby, very clear. Very intense and complex aroma. Lots of dried fruits, some cherry, dark chocolate, caramel and a hint of sourness. Its very encouraging. Taste is rather sweet and malty, some caramel, but then it becomes quite dry with mild bitterness. Dried plum is quite distinct. Very long finish with some herbal hoppiness. Well, its definitely the best doppelbock Ive ever had, pretty different than average DBs from Germany. Its worth its number one place in this style. Truly great beer.

Botella. Carbonatacion baja. Redonda.Birrote!

Glad I can finally try this classic. Deep brown body, beige head has decent retention and leaves some lacing. Aromas of dark chocolate, raisins, caramel. Taste is complex and balanced, with bitterness, a plum-like sweetness and spicyness all having their say here. A lasting spicy aftertaste remains. Smooth and easy drinking, a great doppelbock.

Do I love malt. Why, yes I do! This stuff is almost too good. Deepest brown pour with dense tan, clingy head. Aromas of toast, bready malt, some esters and yeast. Flavors similar to smell, with a heavy malt presence dominating the show. There are only a handful of brews, with which if they were the only available in the world, I could be completely content. This is one of them.
