COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year’s aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

Another great beer that i've had by Ayinger. I recently tried this at a pub in Munich while visting some friends in Bavaria. It has a somewhat licorice taste to it with good head.

Dark brow almost black, clear, light brown foam. Aroma; sweet malts, toffee, light touch of dark fruit. Mouth; Medium body with nice carbonation, somewhat creamy. Very nice balanced beer with tastes that combines light touches of chocolate, roastiness, some liquorice, sweet fruits. Alcohol very well hidden. A Masterpiece of beer!

Flaska från SB. Mörkt brunröd med mycket ljusbrunt skum. Doft av malt och karamell. Smak av choklad och karamell med trevlig beska.

Aroma has bread and coffee in it, also reminds me of Finnish "mämmi". Really dark color, almost no head. Quite sweet taste which I am not fond of. Palate is fizzy and lively, finish is long and lightly bitter. Overall, quite good experience.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Deep dark Brown/red with a bit beige head. Aroma of mixed malts, toffee, chocolate, hints of mocca. Taste is a bit rosted, coffee, dark dried fruits, chocolate. A nice sweet bitterness, especially in the aftertaste. Fantastic!

A lot of roasted malt and caramel, but no traces of fruitiness. The finish is way more bitter than expected. Some smokyness too. It reminded more of an english beer (I’d say a stout) that a german one, but I’m pretty sure that mine was an unlucky bottle as the beer had neither the aroma nor the taste as strong or complex as I read almost everywhere. Wiil try again.

Bottle poured a clear brown hue w/ large creamy tan head. Moderate malty bread aromas. Initial flavor is light sweet w/ a light bitter finish. Tastes are molasses, brown sugar, dark breads, roasted marshmallows, and chocolate malt balls. Creamy mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
