COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a yearís aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

Nice malty, sweet honey and little bit of chocolate aroma. Very well balanced, really creamy and soft. Kind of hard to believe itís a doppelbock. Itís like a bite of black bread, no alcohol at all in itís taste. Really nice sunday afternoon beer.

This is the best bier Iíve had all year, and I know Iím probably getting overly committed. But this Deutsch Doppelbock is phenomenal. Iíve been to Getmany, Holland and the Czech Republic this year snd tasted some wunderbar grogs. I can clearly smell the Bavarian specialty malts and ethanol as my glass approaches. The complex, deep, rich and satisfying flavors saturate with string binding kinetics on all available olfactory docking stations! Never would have thought Iíd deviate from my first love (W Coast Double IPAs) but do be it.
