2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
when poured, gives a nice "hoppy golden ale" texture. surprisingly thick and hazy. aroma is very grassy and lagerish, so doesn’t give much there. The taste is surprisingly full of fruit and herbs, did not expect that. A thin palate, with not much presence, but works nicely with the flavours. An easy start that gives the light flavours room to explore. A light fruity tastefull herb lager, that forces me to take notice, and I have to say that I was surprised of what it could offer.

Bottle from Alko. Very hazy, very light yellow beer, white head. Grainy malty aroma, some grassy hops aswell. This easy drinking beer tastes decently malty, very one dimensional. Medium bodied. Not my favourite kind of lager beer.

500 ml bottle. Pale yellow colour, medium-sized white head. Sweetish malty aroma with hops and some fruity notes. The flavour is sweetish malty, too, rather mild, fruity, with a touch of grassy hops in the finish. Dull, especially by Aying standards.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Light yellow beer with medium and white head. Aroma is fresh, malty, slightly aromatic, grass a hint of flowers and lemon. The taste is clean and malty, a little grass, at the end a hint of butter and overally taste is quite aromatic. More aromatics with the yeast and then beer is more enthutiastic. Smooth and pleasant to drink. Fresh, pure and aromatic brew from Ayinger.
