Bottle. Pours yellow, slightly hazy with a white head. Very fresh and nice citrus hoppy aroma. The taste starts out malty, in a semi dark bread way, and with a smoothening floury touch. Nice flowery hoppiness. Medium bitterness. Booth the aroma and taste has got a very elegant grape note that adds some vinosity. Fresh and drinkable.

Tapped. Minimal white head, some lace. Very blond yellow, slightly cloudy. Aromas are yeasty malts with spicy fruitness. Odour has almost faint lambic-like yeasty and malty notes. Also some bitterness in the finish. Flavor is a bit sour and has sweeter malt elements in the finish. Lively carbonation and medium body. Very well balanced and delicious beer with faint but diverse aromas and pleasant palate. I’ve always liked Ayinger beers but this was still a positive surprise.

Pours cloudy with a rocky white head. Lovely bready smells, good sweet nutty beer, perhaps needs more bitterness

Bottle 50 cl. poured light golden in colour with white head. Fruity and malty aroma. Taste is crisp, a bit sweet. Fruity finish, which is nice.

Ein Frühlingsbier im Herbst. Noch ist es haltbar. Gold und klar in der Farbe. Würziger Geruch, etwas säuerlich getreidig.
Im Geschmack vollmundig und weich. Würziger Antrunk. Die Mitte präsentiert sich malziger. Im Abgang kommt eine gut gesetzte Bitternote zum Einsatz, welche einen passenden Schlußpunkt setzt.
Wohlschmeckendes Export. Ich bin angetan.

Würziger Antrunk, frisch, deutlich getreidig. Das Bier wird nach und nach deutlich hopfiger, was widerum einen süßen Ton mit sich zieht. Harmonischer Mittelteil, dezent würzig, die Süße wird etwas zu stark, dazu kommt eine Note auf, die das Bier alkoholisch wirken lässt, komisch. Die Getreidigkeit ist immer erkennbar, ist aber meist nicht im Vordergrund. Sehr würziger und herb-malziger Abgang.

(Tap @ Mallaskukko) "White", i.e. light hazy yellow with a white head. Sweet aroma has grass and citrus. Soft wheaty flavor, ever so slight grassy liquorice. Soft finish, slightly dry fruityness.

Bottle from bierzwerg.de. Cloudy pale orange golden color wit thick white head. Malty aroma with yeast and grassy hops. Grassy hops bitter taste with citrus, bread, earthy notes. Light bitterness in fruity finish. Tasty.

Hazy light yellow color, lace. Small creamy white head. Fruity aroma. Light to medium bodied. Bitter and hoppy taste but well-balanced with carbonation. Aftertaste is slightly sweet and oily. Afterwards comes some bitterness. Very refreshing, like Hoegaarden.

in the bottle, thanks to hurrisnow. a chill-hazed straw colored gold with a thin white head. very grainy with a slight sulphur to the nose. crisp, clean in body. this is a warm-weather beer. it has a really nice yeasty grainy taste. it reminds me of chewing on barley husks. I would best describe it as a maibock without the bock. the finish has lemons.
