3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle 50cl. Pours a clear golden brew with stable white head. Easy to drink, refreshing, but does not have the complexity in taste like the type leaders Augustiner and Tegernseer. Expected a little bit more from this fantastic brewery.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
One of the Best Münchener Hell Type! Nice delicious malty, corny and hoppy aroma. In palate is clear maltiness, with typical touch of sweetiness of malt for Homelly - Münchener Hell Lager Type. Medium body, spicy and minty fresh dryness of hops. Long, clear malty and corny finish with hints of minty and grassy hops. Fresh carbonation (fresh und spritzig). Typical special Ayinger-schmack. Best served in the Centre of Ayinger Village in brewery biergarten Liebhard´s Keller (fresh drought). All products from Ayinger are ones of the best beers in Bayern. All categories (Hell, Export, Weiss, Ur-Weiss, Doppelbock).

Bottled (from beerangel.de). Pale golden colour, small white head. Aroma is cooked vegetables, grains, grass and some mild herbal notes. Flavour is malty, mildly toffeeish, some herbal notes as well as mild grass. Aftertaste gets very caramelly malty. Pleasant brew.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Very light color, but my bottle had some clouding. Good carbonation, head and lacing. Some hop favor, but too sweet for my pallet. I get the impression of honey when drinking it. A good, clean, easy drinking beer with little character to set it apart.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a nice, dense white head with good retention. The aroma is grainy and fruity in a nice balanced blend, but a bit boring. Fruity and pale-malty flavor with a pleasing bitterness, leading to a fruity finish. Medium to full body. Works perfect as a summer beer, refreshing and clean. A beer one could easily down a few of.
