sinte (397) - Udine, ITALY - NOV 19, 2010
Bottle 0.5 L. Clear golden body, with a medium, frothy, white head, mostly diminishing with a fair lacing. Large density of average-sezed bubbles. Moderate-to-strong malty (cereals, grains, bread) aroma with some note of hops (flowers). Moderate-to-heavy sweet flavour, nicely balanced by a moderate bitter note in the long lasting finish. Medium body with an oily texture; soft carbonation; maybe there’s a very light metallic feeling in the finish. Not a complex beer, but aroma anf flavour are vere intense. Very satisfactory.

Flavour is mildly malty sweet, a slight hint of metal, light cucumber, some grassy notes and a fair bitter grassy finish. Okay, but not exceptional.
