Bottle. Creamy malt and moderate grass hops aroma. Medium yellow color with moderate head and nice lacing. Bitter grass hops dominates with just a light sweet malt flavor. Pretty hoppy for a Helles

Embrouille (2831) - SWITZERLAND - OCT 17, 2009
Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of joss. Pale appearance. Malty aroma which is reminiscent of sugar puffs, grain, breakfast cereal, butter, hay and maple syrup- rather malt accentuated. Flavor and palate: Malty. Low bittterness. Clearly very drinkable. Malty finish. Overall impression: Not my kind of beer. Thanks a lot joss!
