500ml on tap (Holzfass) in Aying. Aroma is light apple, sweet-ish, light yeast, light pineapple, wheat - very rich for a Helles. Appearance is pale golden with a fine white head. Taste is light sweet and just a little sour. Some bitterness in the end. Very balanced mouth feel. Light and very fine, creamy feeling after a sip. Soft carbonation and long lasting after taste. This is a superb Helles - and very different from a Holzfass than from a bottle.

Pours clear dark golden with a huge fluffy white head leaving nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is slightly malty and grassy, fruity citric, notes of yeast and hops. Crispy acidy mouthfeel. Flavor is fruity citric, malty and hoppy. Acidy hoppy palate. Finishes with nice bitter hoppy aftertaste.

Draught @Minuuttibaari, Helsinki
Golden honey color, creamy decent white head. Lemony and fruity nose. Medium-bodied, chewy malts. Bock-like alcoholic touch in the finish. Fruity hops.

(Draught@Pullman Bar, Helsinki) Clear golden color with a smallish, tight head. Mildly malty aroma with distinctive asparagus and cooked vegetables, plus some grassy hops. Asparagus also dominates the slightly metallic, buttery and sweetish-alcoholic-honeyish flavor. Slicky-sugary, not very carbonated, medium-bodied palate. Quite refreshing bock with reasonably hidden alcohol. Still warming.
