(Draught@Pullman Bar, Helsinki) Clear golden color with a smallish, tight head. Mildly malty aroma with distinctive asparagus and cooked vegetables, plus some grassy hops. Asparagus also dominates the slightly metallic, buttery and sweetish-alcoholic-honeyish flavor. Slicky-sugary, not very carbonated, medium-bodied palate. Quite refreshing bock with reasonably hidden alcohol. Still warming.
